Shipping, Downloads, and Refunds

Downloads: There will be no refunds for digital downloads after the item has been downloaded by the consumer.

Shipping: Third party manufacturers take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc,) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products.

Then you should add shipping times to that . speed and price depends on product type and destination.

Refunds: Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. 

For packages lost in transit all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
